With over 35 years’ experience in the commercial real estate market, Steve brings a wide breadth of expertise and knowledge to each and every transaction he undertakes. Prior to opening Stewart Realty Advisors in 2001, he was a founding partner and served as the President and CEO of NAI Realvest, the largest independent brokerage and development firm in Central Florida, for 16 years. While managing offices in Orlando, Daytona & Jacksonville Steve transacted well over $1B in sales and leasing and oversaw property management of over 3M SF. With annual revenues in excess of $10M the success of the firm came from having well thought out strategies followed up with implementation and execution.

With a focus on providing superior solutions to complex real estate problems, Steve has developed a client base encompassing high net worth individuals, family offices, public institutions and corporations. Many of his clients are international and range from London to Milan to Kuwait. In addition to his private clientele, he has handled high profile dispositions on behalf of the Florida Department of Insurance, Orange County Florida Court System, and the Federal Bankruptcy Court. During his career he has overseen development of nearly 1.5M square feet of industrial product and numerous residential communities throughout Central Florida ranging in size from 16 to 250 acres with a total buildout value of well over $500M in yesterday’s dollars.

Since founding Stewart Realty Advisors, Steve has continued to focus on delivering superior real estate solution and growing his own investment portfolio. As an owner and developer of commercial properties throughout Florida, Steve brings a unique understanding from all sides of the equation to each and every assignment.
